Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in individual service agreements between Momentous Marketing and the client.

3. Free Audit

The free research audit is provided at no cost and with no obligation. The audit and its contents are intended for the requesting party only and may not be redistributed or resold. Momentous Marketing reserves the right to decline or discontinue the free audit offering at any time.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Momentous Marketing and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our written permission.

Work produced for clients under a service agreement becomes the property of the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

By submitting information through our forms (audit requests, contact forms, or other submissions), you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant us permission to use the information to deliver the requested services and communicate with you.

6. SMS Messaging Program

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

• Message & data rates: Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to all messages sent and received.
• Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Age restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to SMS messaging.
• No sharing: Your phone number and SMS consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
